Cancellation Policy:
• All cancellations need to be emailed to, received, and accepted by the hotel. 
• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will have no charges applied.
• Cancellations made 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival, the hotel will charge 50% of the total stay.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival the hotel will charge 100% of the total stay amount.

House rules:

  • Reception hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | Hours may vary however there is always a host on-site that you can communicate with by phone at +506 8863 4204

  • Pool and jacuzzi hours 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.

  • Check-in: 3:00 pm.

  • Check-out: 11:00 am.

  • No pets allowed

  • Upon arrival, payments are preferred in cash, however, credit card options are offered upon request.

  • *Note: Banks outside of Costa Rica request a confirmation CODE requiring international text.
